you better go to see doctor asap! cover your nose and mouth with the mask!. dont kiss and talk to him directly!. wash your hand more often!. ask your sister to boost your nephew imunity by giving him a good food!. during the day, if he can play without you will be better, so you can have enough rest!. the longer the better!. or when your nephew take a nap, you take a nap too!.

Hi NaNa,
Colds are minor respiratory infections, usually viral, so comfort measures such as paracetamol, fluids and rest are the ticket!. If you are sick for more than 10 days, your infection may have become bacterial and you should see a doctor for assessment and possible antibiotic!.

As far as the baby goes, it is expected that babies get six colds a year including the first year of life!. Wash your hands lots, avoid coughing on him, and if he gets a cold, don't worry!.!.!.it's to be expected!. Then treat him with comfort measures!.

Try to sleep when you put him down for a nap!.

Best wishes
