I need some advice!?

I got a bunch of flea bites all over my stomach and sides b/c i think my little dog layed on my bed when i didnt know it and the fleas got onto my bed and then when i slept on it they bit me over and over again. I look like i have chicken pox. They dont itch at all but just feel sore and kinda hurt if anything rubs against them. I thought that maybe the dove body bar soap was supposed to help stuff like that but i dont know and I thought that all flea bites itch but mine dont itch at all... they are just there. Any advice on healing them faster?

Australian Tea Tree Oil - Buy you a glass spray bottle if you can find one. Look at a hobby store or health food store. It makes the oil so much easier to apply.

The brand Wal-mart sells is excellent quality.
