Frostbite from keyboard dust remover?!

So my roomate bought the dust remover stuff, that comes in a highly compressed can, works great, awesome!. We have a few beers, I tell him to hold it upside down and spray it on his arm!. Haha, he does and it burns the piss outta him!. We wake up the next morning, and where he sprayed it, is a giant maroon spot!. He says it hurts pretty good, but not bad enough to affect anything he does!. Anywho, about 4 days later a blister pops up, it gets cough on his shirt sleeve, so now hes peeled back all the dead skin, and its light pink underneath!. Frostbite!? He doesn't got health insurance so he wont get it checked out!. What do ya think!? He's still got full feeling in it, but think it'll leave scars!?
