Intense stomach aches for only a few minutes?!

When my bf drinks anything (even a small amount) and then alcohol, he gets really bad stomach aches!. He has a high pain threshold, but this is obviously bad!. He'll drop down and lie on the floor or on a sidewalk if he gets them and rolls around!. They don't happen often, but it happened the other night when hadn't had alcohol (just soup and hi-c [gross I know!.]) They never last more than five minutes either!. There are no other symptoms!. Has anyone had this problem before!? Any idea what it could be!?
I haven't convinced him to go to the doc!. They happen pretty rarely!. So, he doesn't see that it's necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
