Having Problems waking up in the morning. Any suggestions PLEASE?!

Question: Having Problems waking up in the morning!. Any suggestions PLEASE!?
I have a really hard time waking up early in the morning!. One mayor factor is that I don't go to sleep until 12:00 or 1am every night and I "try" to wake up around 6:30AM!.

I really can't change my sleeping hours, so, how can I make my body rested enough with only 6hours of sleep every night so that I wake up earlier!?

Also, I should mention I have 4 alarm clocks!.!.!.!.they're in four corners in my room!. They're loud as hell too!. MANY times I get up, turn them off and go back to sleep!. When I wake up late, I don't even remember turning them off or getting up at all!.

Do I have a sleeping disorder!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try setting the alarms at different times like 3 minutes after eachother and maybe put one in the hallway outside your room, my friend has a terrible time getting up!. She has alarm clocks all over her apartment its funny!.Maybe give yourself more snooze time!. Like If you have to get up at 6:30 at the latest set your alarm for 5:30 so you have more times to press snooze which well give you time to wake up!. What helps me get up is as soon as my alarm goes off go straight to the bathroom and get my face wet with cold water!. Dont go back to sleep as much as you want to force yourself to get up!. Also I agree try to go to bed earlier!. 6 hours of sleep isnt alot!. Or maybe try to take a half hour nap during the day!.
If you still have problems, maybe talk to a doctor!. Hope I helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may have a sleeping disorder- or you may have a bad habit!.
Some people say alarm clocks make you have a terrible nights sleep because your getting up and checking the time and thinking "Ugh, I have two more hours of sleep!."

Try using just one of the alarm clocks in the farthest corner- get up, turn off the alarm, and get out of your room so it doesn't tempt you to lay down!.

then go eat breakfast or drink a cold glass of water!.

hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is telling you that you are not getting enough sleep!. I don''t know of anything to "trick" your body in to thinking that you are getting more rest than you are!. You can be putting yourself in danger by drifting off even for a second when driving for instance!. There is no replacement for sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go to sleep earlier but if you can't you should try not to go back to sleep in the morning when your alarm clocks go off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem although I go to bed a lot earlier than you do!. It makes me mad that people call you lazy if you oversleep, but it's really a problem, not laziness!.

I have been told that I need to change my bio-rhythms!. If I force myself to get up then my body will start to wake up naturally at that time!.

I've also been told to try to keep to the same schedule every day, not staying up late and sleeping late on the weekends!.

My other trick is to set my second alarm to something that is a pleasant sound!. I use a nice ring tone on my cell!. It's easier to get up to something pleasant than being jolted by buzzers and blasting music!.

I'd still like to sleep until 10 every day!. I wish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
