What is causing my Nieces bumps? Bad reaction to Vaccine... or allergy?
My niece (1 year old) had several vaccinations yesterday. Among those was the chickenpox vaccine. This morning her mom took her in the pool for the first time (for about 5 minutes). This evening she started developing small, slightly raised red bumps on her chest, and shoulders. Is this a reaction to the vaccine? Or the chlorine in the pool?

When I was a kid I went into a poorly chlorinated pool and when I got home I had red bumps all over my body. For me it was a harmless infection so that might be it. But your neice should definitely see a doctor to get herself checked out because whichever it is requires medical attention.
