Warts.... yuck?!

Question:

Warts.... yuck?

Ever since my pregnancy a year ago, I've had 2 teeny tiny little warts on the bottom of 2 of my toes. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you treat them? I have little short toes so those pads don't work for me. And the fact that they're on the bottom of the toes doesn't help either. Also, my toes are so short that I can't go barefoot anywhere because they actually split open on the bottom. Any suggestions???

Answers:

I had a wart many years ago (interestingly enough, this was before I started to go barefoot regularly & after the years of barefoot PE in school, probably picked it up the college dorm). I tried many things; wart-off, tea tree oil, duct tape, had it frozen at the dr's twice, and it came back every time. The thing that finally helped was urine; I sanded the skin on/around it down and dabbed a bit of urine on it (with a q-tip) in the morning, and if I were at home during the day I'd usually dab a bit on it any other time I went to the restroom as well. Just let it dry on the skin, doesn't do any harm. Keep it up for quite some time after you no longer see any trace of the wart; if there's only a few cells left, too small for you to see, it could grow back. And since the treatment is free and harmless, it's better to continue a bit longer than risk having to start all over again.
