How can I relieve blocked nose from fever? I can hardly sleep at night..?
is there any prescriptions or sleeping positions that I can try to ease breathing difficulties? (+_+)

you need to get sudafed or any antihistimine that will help unblock your stuffy nose..i use tylenol sinus or sudafed and a really warm bath that helps release the flem from your upper chest and nose...and helps relieve the pressure..good luck and i hope you feel better..sleeping on your side might help too..vicks on your chest and under your nose will help some too..but one thing i know works to help make a cold go away. and im a mother of 5 put vicks on the bottoms of your feet and put on some socks..in adults the heat leaves from your feet and in babies it leaves from there heads hence why you always see babies with hats on..thats why..and a vaporizer is a plus too..
