You would get the STD right away, but it might not be detectable for weeks or months!. In the case of Hepatitis C or HIV, detection can take years!.

Seconds! If bodily fluids were exchanged (semen, vaginal secretions, etc!. Not saliva though) during sex and your partner was carrying an STD, there is a high possibility that you could have it now!. If you are wanting to know how long it takes the symptoms to manifest then it depends on what type of STD you are talking about, some don't have any symptoms!.
