How bad is smoking 4-5 cigarettes a week?!


Question: How bad is smoking 4-5 cigarettes a week!?
i used to smoke a quarter pack a week, but now i just smoke when i'm at a bar (4-5 cigs a week)!. obviously, it'd be better if i just quit, but am i at least in better shape doing this than smoking everyday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Smoking only a few cigs a week shouldn't really hurt you,I think!.!.

The problem is you'll no doubt smoke more in the future so stop before that happens!.!.Did stop once with the help of nicotine patches but went to a concert had one cig & now addicted again (sigh) Found out the hard way even one cig is one to many!.!.

Do have COPD & sometimes need oxygen but like an idiot still smoking!.!.Know it's not easy to stop esp at a bar where most smoke but for the sake of your health do try stopping seriously!.!. Not easy,chew gum anything to stop this craving & will be much healthier!.!.

The truth is that if you are smoking 4-5 cigarettes a week, it wont be long before you are smoking 6-7, then 7-8!. Nicotine is addictive and your body craves it, if you continually antagonize smoking even on a small level, you are apt to be smoking more than you anticipate before you know it!.

The best thing to do if you are smoking so little is to eat cinnamon candy's, or take several deep breaths and wait 20 seconds for the craving to pass - BEFORE you become more addicted and have a habit much harder to quit later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are some certain findings that smoking cigarettes actually kills bacteria in your lungs BUT nicotine in cigarettes sticks to the wall of the lungs which cause the pulmonary track to malfunction or to catch illnesses or sickness!.!.!. the worst case scenario is to have a cancer!.!.!. even though the person smoke 1 stick per week, it may have seen that effects from smoking will have no negative effect to the health!.!.!. but as time flows with continues smoking, there will be the start of the illnesses for the pulmonary track Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, yes the less tobacco you smoke or consume the better, but its like the less you stab yourself in the kidney, the less you slowly bleed to death, either way you slowly bleed to death!. And with cigarettes you are still giving yourself cancer!. I quit four years ago, It was hard, but my life has improved so much!. I can actually run, I don't smell bad, and all my money isn't going towards a slow expensive painful suicide!. Although my "Coolness" rating with the wannabe rebellious tween crowd has dropped substantially!.

Bottom line is knock that tobacco shiznizzle off, and your life will be better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!.

Don't worry about it -- if you aren't of heart attack age, the risk is small!. If you are of heart attack age any smoking can increase your risks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
