It sounds like either 'thrush' which is a yeast infection and quite common for girls or a urinary tract infection!.!.!.go and see the doctor sweety!.!.!.you dont have to be sexually active to get either!. The pain in your back could be just normal period pain and it can be really rotten!.!.!.but just relax and tell your mum your symptoms!.!.!.you dont have to tell her that you have been sexually active but if she asks then my opinion as a mum is !.!.!.tell the truth!. It was your choice!.!.!.and if it was by choice even though your mum might sound disappointed and cross she will eventually calm down!. Be good to you and think that maybe!.!.!.just maybe!.!.if you are underage you might not want all the responsibility that sex in a relationship brings (like unwanted pregnancy or STD's) Keep yourself until you find the right fella xx now!.!.go and talk to your mum xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can go to a planned parenthood location!. It is confidential!. Please get this checked as soon as possible!. Based on your symptoms testing such as a urine analysis and/or a pap smear should be done (no one can give you a diagnosis based only on your symptoms)!. It may be a minor infection that can be treated with antibiotics, however if it is something serious you could have serious long term complications if you continue to let this problem persist!. Go to the dr!. Depending on where you are, you should be able to find a free womens health clinic to go to if you are worried about your parents finding out!. Because it is a free clinic nothing will go on your health insurance for them to find out about, but, when you go, tell them you don't have insurance! Second off, I say free, because they don't charge, but you should give them a donation!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to go and see a doctor!. Doctor's are required to keep confidentiality in most cases, except for the cases where you are harming yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
