How can I get rid of my corns permanently?

Hi everyone, can someone out there please tell me how to get rid of my corns? I'm in real estate and when I'm showing houses, they are just killing me..not good for business..Thanks!!

Unfortunately if you're anything like me you're usually wearing 2 - 4 inch heals that point in the front. I'm also in Real Estate and walking around all day in shoes that are not flip flops or sneakers (on some people) will have effect.

I go in weekly to my nail spa and have almost a 2 hour foot pedicure that soaks my feet and then they wrap it with hot wax and they massage them etc, etc. That will put a dent in your wallet (it's $50.00) but it definately helps them out. I also have a foot spa at home and if I'm sitting down in my living room watching tv i"ll soak my feet and then I harass my husband to rub them with cream. I also where (around the house) really fluffy character slippers. Good luck!
