I have a terrible c-section infection and need advice!!.?
I had a c-section 2 weeks ago and have a really bad infection. I've been on Keflex and Bactrim and nothing is working. Now they want me to go back to the OR and re-open the wound and take out the puss and infection around the area. Can't they just drain it???? Is this normal??? Has anyone had this problem who had a C-section??? Please advise a.s.a.p.

No I'v never heard of that. But I would let them do what they say to get rid of it so it doesn't get into your blood stream. Sorry you have to have so much pain just after having a baby. Get well soon! Take care of yourself.
