Answers:
I'd keep a log book on when, where, how, what you were doing when you had the attack!. Share those details when you see your doctor!. That can help isolate the issue/cause!. If you have a bad attack and cannot stop it, then call!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The frequency and severity of any attack should be documented!. The doc should be apprised of all, due to the fact that there can be other complications, or underlying factors/reasons for the attacks!. Also, if not cared for properly, the lungs COULD fail, leaving the door open for stuff like pneumonia, COPD, etc!.!.!. Also, the attacks put a strain on other parts of the body, e!.g!. throat, diaphragm, arteries (High BP), etc!.!.!. Yes! Your Doc should know of any attacks, the severity of the attacks, and the side effects (feelings) as a result of each attack!. Be well!. Stay safe!. Leroy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you don't need to tell them every time!. If the attacks are so bad you are admitted to hospital they would probably know from the discharge letter!.

However, having asthma attacks is not normal or ideal for you!. So if you are having them unexpectedly (no obvious cause i!.e allergy exposure) or very frequently (more than one a month) or very severely or you are worried you should mention it to your doctor!. They can adjust your meds to reduce the frequency of them and better manage your asthma!.

It's your own personal choice as to whether you tell them really, if you dont mind the attacks then dont say anything!. If you want something done about them you need to tell your dr!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to tell the doctor what triggers the attack!.
What are you taking for the attack!?
Your doctor might want to change your medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I have asthma, Just take your medication, if you dont, you should!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
