You can also try IVYREST or IVYBLOCK if its a fresh case of poison ivy, a day or two old, you can try a special cleanser (Tecnu) to wash of the oils. Only use it if you know its poison ivy and also wash all your clothes and sheets. If the oils are still around you can reinfect yourself. Good Luck
