Apart from doing exercise, changing your diet including more fibre and less fat there are some other things you can try. Massaging the affected areas with the bone of a avocado pear, it works our, believe me. And you can try a highly effective medicinal plant called centella asiatica, I think you would call it Indian pennywort. By all means, do find it and use it if you have a serious cellulite problem. There many ways to apply but I would suggest you go to an Indian herbalist or a Chinese homoeopath, they will tell you how to use it and how much to use. I cannot tell you because I don't know what your particular problem is and if the plant is applied in wrong doses it may be dangerous. It is very effective, though when well administered.
