I am taking evion capsules 400mg?

someone has told me this is good for ur hair and ur skin ,,i am loosing lots of my hair in big lump sums so is it good to take or if u can help me with another vitamin for lose of hair

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin.Hence excess quantities can accumulate if you take for a long time producing symptoms of hypervitaminosis.It is not advisable to take vit.A,D and E for more than three months unless you have specific deficiency of a particular vitamin.
For improving hair growth you can take Biotin [vit B5] available as Essvit 5 mg tablets twice daily for three months.
