Question: I have an appointment tommrrow with a specialist as its !?
common practise in wales that all lumps get checked!. I noticed the lump about 6 weeks ago and went to the doctor!. She checked my breast and said its unlikely breast cancer or anything serious but im still scared!. Im 26!. My lump is tiny probably less than 1/2 a centimetre!. It has not grown and does not hurt!. Does it sound like cancer and if not then what else could it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to get anything unusual checked out!. Breast Cancer is pretty rare at your age!. It is most likely benign!. If she says to have the lump removed, then I'd say follow her advise, otherwise just let it alone!. Most likely it will either go away on it's own or not grow or do anything!. But it's good at your age to be checking because in a few years a lump has a better chance of being something more serious!.

Remember most breast lumps found are totally harmless - although finding one can make you very scared, its a nasty cold feeling I know I had a lump in my right breast 11 years ago and I was 25 then, I was told it was just an enlarged gland, which it was, and it was all ok!.
As will yours be!. Please remember statistically it is unlikely to be cancer!.
Worry can make things seem much more scary than they really turn out to be - tell yourself you will be fine, its very likely indeed that this will be harmless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as previously written there could be several reasons, and it seems to me that it is good medical practice that you are being sent to a consultant and in such a short time!. I know how hard it is to try and think positively in this situation, but rest assured you are being taken seriously!. All too often nowadays, consultants are seeing patients too late for a good prognosis!. Please let us know how things progress, and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

clear, it was just a bit off fatty tissue!.
She is 16 yrs old,so take heart that

Your risk of developing breast cancer increases as you get older!. The majority of advanced breast cancer cases are found in women over age 50!. You may undergo breast cancer screening in consultation with your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could just be a simple grown, a hormonal reaction!.!.!.these are normal for a woman!.!.!.Do not panic and think positive !!! You are perfectly fine , :) but for your peace of mind, you still need to check it out:)

Most breast lumps aren't cancerous, and breast cancer in someone as young as you are is extremely rare!.
