IF both partners are negative there is no way you can get HIV!. But have both partners been tested!? I have worked with people who test HIV+ and said that their partner was negative at their last test, but between the last test and infecting their partner they did not know that they were HIV+!. You can be HIV+ for years, but if you don't test, you don't know!.
You must keep in mind there is a 3 month window period with HIV!. I just tested some one who tested HIV- in November last year, has been sexually inactive since then, but tested HIV+, he had been sexually active in October (with in the window period)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If neither of the people has HIV (virus that can lead to AIDS) you can't get HIV from them!. However, HIV rarely has symptoms, so someone could pass the virus on without realizing that they themselves are infected!. Also, the more sexual partners someone has, the higher the risk that they will have sex with someone who is infected!. Remember, if one person has multiple partners, the multiple partners may have multiple partners themselves, raising risk that one or more of them is infected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you know that they for sure don't have aids then you can't get it if they don't have it to begin with!.
But if you have multiple partners and unprotected sex regularly, you never know where they have been or whom they have been with!.

You can only get HIV ( Aids does not come for several years after you are diagnosed with HIV) from someone who has the HIV virus!. The more sex partners you have the more you increase your odds of getting HIV or any other STD!. Always wear a condom to help prevent STD's!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, you can go awhile with having AIDS and not knowing it, use a condom EVERYTIME! You don't know what they have and what the people whom they've been with have!. Safe guard yourself, be careful, there's too many thing out there even other than AIDS!. Be safe, use one everytime!Www@Answer-Health@Com
