Other then diet there are alot of home remedies!.
Witch hazel is cheap and makes for a great astringent/cleanser!. Rubbing alcohol will dry out and disinfect!. Toothpaste is great to put on troublesome spots overnight!. It will help dry them out!.
Put alittle sugar in your facial soap and scrub away any dry skin, then follow up with a lotion!. It is amazing how much better your skin will look after that!.
Preperation H will reduce any swelling, and redness and can be used under make up through out the day!.

There is no "natural" cure for something natural in the first place!. What makes you think that what you get here won't make your face look like the moon!? Please--go to a dermatologist; homemade remedies were dangerous 40 years ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I read some where online that toothpaste is good for acne, it kills the bacteria and will often make the acne go away, i hope this helps, peaceWww@Answer-Health@Com
Put Tea Tree oil on your acne - it drys them out and they go away (with no redness too :) )
