hi there!. Well there are these new non-smoke cigarettes I saw on the Internet the other day(on www!.iwantoneofthose!.com) and I thought they were really cool!. Maybe they would work for you in the meantime as you try to quit!. They give you your regular dose of nicotine without the smoke(replaced by steam for effect)!. Well Im guessing that would be the main reason you as an asthmatic would especially rect to cigarettes!. They are rechargable and have catridges for nicotine!. One catridge is the same as a pack of 20(I think)!. If you live outside of the US or Europe I don't know how much it costs to deliver!. Please check it out when you have a chance!. Ideally you should stop completely but i think they mean if stopping all at once is going to make you feel panicy and anxious then dont do it, that could send you into another an attack!. Do it slowly and graduallyWww@Answer-Health@Com
