Is there any cure for Very Severe Spinal Canal Stenosis? OR?!

Is there any cure for Very Severe Spinal Canal Stenosis? OR?

This mean the canal in my spine is closing in or narrowing. Once it closes I will be paralyzed from the neck down.
I have been seaching the intenet for days looking for a cure for The stenosis in my canal.
Dr.s tell me there is no cure anywhere in the world. I have been on pain meds and would like to find a natrual herb to help take this pain go away. I am on Bacofen, Tramadol, and Celebrex at this time.
Does anyone know if there is a cure?
Or is there any natrual herb that can help with the pain. I do not want to take anymore of these pain pills.

SHEILA, if it is want I think It is not legal, however i do understand that the one the Dr,s have given me almost killed me. I think natrual is safer.

the only natural herb is homegrown, if you know what I mean. It is something that God made because it is grown from the earth unlike all the pills that the doctors put us on.
