How to get rid of this spot scar?!

Question: How to get rid of this spot scar!?

I have a spot scar, I know most scars fad with time, but this scar is like where my lip joins with the normal skin of my face!. The scar doesnt look like a normal scar, but instead it is red like my lips, but it is covering where normal skin used to be!. How can I get rid of this!?
