Other than sticking ur finger in ur throat, how can u throw up easily?

i suggest u do not throw up unless u really feel d urge to, for instance if ur feelin nauseated and u want get over it. its not healthy. if ur tryin to lose wait its a bad idea just do some intense excercise instead. Bcareful
