Answers:
You may not be able to have the surgery if you have that much Valium in your system so I would advise against it (not that I'm a doctor or anything!.!.!.)!.

But, to calm you, gall bladder surgery is not what it used to be!. Really, they'll give you a mild sedative (which will probably turn out to be the best sleep you've EVER had!!) and use non-invasive tools to go through the skin on your torso to gently clip out the gall bladder and pull through a small incision!. It's going to take them all of 20 minutes to go in and pull it out!. Most of the time you'll spend in the operating room will be for prep and post op surgery!. It's a breeze!.

Just so you're aware, back in the old days, you'd leave the hospital with a scar across your belly about 8 inches long so be glad you live in a time where all that isn't happening anymore!.

You'll be fine sweetie!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would have thought some beta-blocker type medication for anxiety such as Propranolol would be a better bet!. It has less side effects than Valium (e!.g!. It shouldn't make you tired and isn't habit forming)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No most doctors wont do that but prior to your surgery you will get an injection of valium in your IV to relax you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
