Answers:
First off stop stressing!. You do need to see a doctor and be tested for std's - because the bumps of the shaft of his penis could definitely be an indicator of an std and it has nothing whatsoever to do with being circumcised!. The pain in your right armpit may be because your white blood cell count is raised because your body is fighting off an infection - either from the sexual encounter or from just a normal everyday cold!. Sharp pains all over is probably a psychosomatic response to the stress you're feeling, Best advice is to see a doctor or free sexual health clinic, Don't delay in going - it could be something easily healed by antibiotics!. And always use a condom or dam- even for oral!.
And a pregnancy test can be taken after three days of conception, but it's better to wait a week or moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
