Question: Getting over a cough!!!!?
I've had this cough for a few days now!.!.!.In the beginning my throat was really sore and irritated, and I had some phlegm!. But now its just a dry cough and my throat doesn't hurt, but I keep on coughing!. I've been taking theraflu severe cold and using Vicks chloraseptic spray!. Anything else I can do to help speed it along!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually coughing is good if you have congestion on your chest that is how you break it up and keep it from building up!. also sometimes the only thing cholasceptic is doing is numbing your throat which is great but then do you stop coughing in order to keep it broke up naturally , do you have a humidifier or maybe someone to tap yu on the back tohelp break up the congestion if its there do you really think it is the flu if not thera flu is not the med for you, call your pharmacy and tell them the symptms and they will call in to your doctor and get the med you needWww@Answer-Health@Com
