Has anyone ever heard of Guttate Psoriasis?

I have had a very traumatic year with my mom passing away in November, I lost my job in January and my husband had a heart attack in February. Three days after his heart, attack I developed circular red spots on a good portion of my body. On WebMD, I read something about Guttate Psoriasis, though there was no mention on how to get rid of the spots.

The pictures look like what I have. They started out bright red in February and are gradually fading, but I still have them. They don't itch, burn, sting or anything. They are a little dry, but that is all.

I look like one polka-dotted woman!

There is no mention of how to treat them anywhere. Has anyone had these? From what I have read they are brought on by stress. They are not contagious nor harmful, but they look ugly. The spots are pencil size to much larger.

Anyone who can tell me how to get ride of them...I would be so grateful. Thanks.
