use some type of natural skin moisturizer!. also taking an omega 3 supplement can help with the skins natural oils, and making sure you are well hydrated by drinking plenty of water on a daily basis!. Caffeine and nicotine can cause drying of the skin by dehydrating it, so avoid or limit it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
What Hecla said, plus don't take long, hot showers often!. Use lotion IMMEDIATELY after getting out of the shower, as soon as you dry off!. Also, try something like Aveeno moisturizing soap!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
