i went to emergency last week on Friday for shortness of breath i have anxiety by the way bad and panic attacks and I'm 20 i quit smoking on sat i smoke for 3 years alot today i started having pain in my back a little and shortnesses of breath still there it hurts a little when i take a deep breath it just came this morning at the emergency's they did breathing test it was 98 % out of 100 my breathing was good they said and they did a heart test where they put sticking on you i dont know whats it called and they said im fine and sent me home and im dying and need to go back

If all those tests said you were fine then why are you still worrying?
Relax and enjoy your day and stop thinking about your breathing.
You are NOT dying, you are fine and you do not need to go back.
Really, think of something pleasant and be grateful and happy.
