took my 19 month old son to docs this morning thinking he had a sore throat turns out he got measles he has had mmr how has he got measlesWww@Answer-Health@Com

The efficacy (effectiveness) of any vaccine is not 100% in everyone who receives it!. There is a small chance that an individual will not develop enough of an immune response to protect against the infection, should the body encounter it again!. And there are a wide range of reasons as to why this happens (although it all essentially comes down to the fact that human beings are so different in their biology)
Some vaccines are far more effective than others, and measles is about as good a vaccine as any (whether on its on or in the MMR)!. The BCG is wildly variable in the levels of protection it provides against tuberculosis!.
So its essentially bad luck that your son's immune response wasnt quite sufficient in this case (plus the quality of the vaccine itself may not have been as good as it should have been - another important factor in vaccine effectiveness)!.

I think it's making a comeback as people quit getting their kids immunized back in the autism scare days!. I had it when I was 5, keep him in the dark, even a dim light bulb was like staring at the sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
