There are even "nurseries", in which {for a price $$$$}, these "adult babies" can live out their fantasies: adult-sized cribs, toys, baby clothes, diapers, a "nanny" or "mommy" that takes care of the "baby's" need, changes diapers, bathes, feeds, spanks and even punishes the "baby" for misbehaving.
