Could this be uterine cancer?!

am almost positive I have pcos (poly cystic ovarian syndrome)!.!. the ultra sound tech said it looked like that yesterday but I will be contacted with the results!.!. The only thing is I also have severe lower back pain starting last night, bleeding for a month that is not my period (from light pink to dark brown to bright red it changes everyday) and dull abdominal pain, are those also signs !? or is that something else that I could have as well!? I know with pcos you have a higher risk of uterine cancer
