Oral Herpes and scared....?!
Question: Oral Herpes and scared!.!.!.!.!?
I have recently found out that i have oral herpes!. If i kiss somone, can they get it!? Can they get it if we have sex!? I got infected by drinking after somone accidently when they had Oral herpes!. I play volleyball and we leave our cups around and somtimes, there are too many, we forget which cup is ours and we end up drinking somone elses water by mistake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are too worried about this!. Here are some actual facts gleaned from many years of herpes research!. If you want more info email directly with questions!.
90% (yes, that's NINETY percent) of adult Americans have oral herpes before the age of 18!. Many get it as small children or babies from being kissed by adults, from other kids, from using the same glass, from kissing as teens!.!.!.whatever!. Typically, that is herpes virus I (one) which typically appears on around the lips and mouth!.
20% (yes, twenty percent) of Americans between 14 and 74 have genital herpes, typically herpes II (two) which is generally sexually transmitted and typically appears in the genital area!.
About 15% of each of the above is crossover, that is, herpes I appearing below the belt and herpes II appearing above the belt!. Nowadays there are specific tests you can get that will tell you if you have herpes I or herpes II - but it may be hard to convince your doctor you really need the test!. They both manifest pretty much the same way by the same means and in response to the same sorts of things!. Pregnant women have special issues relating to herpes so if that is an issue for you talk to your doctor!.
So!.!.!.it's amazing that you made it to be old enough to use the internet before you got it!.!.!.I suggest you try to not share drinking glasses or bottles in the future (for mutual health reasons)!. If you kiss someone with active sores, yes, they can get it!. Same for sex!. You can actually get herpes in your fingers, eyes and nose as well, so best to keep your hands off your herpes sore!. Don't stress about this, remember, 90% of people have this, so it's obviously not that big of a deal and can be controlled by taking care of your body and your health!.

yea, its very serious, u can affect a lot of other people, and ull probably start getting sores smetimes, go to the doc, get a check up, and hell do the rest, and someone needs to talk to the girl!.!.!.before she does it againWww@Answer-Health@Com
the virus is passed only through DNA (your parents) if your a carrier of the virus, then yes you can give them to someone else who also is a carrier of the virus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
