I GUESS I WOULD SAY IM THE HEALTHIEST OF MY FAMILY THEY EAT JUNK FATTY SALTY FOODS I EAT SOMETIMES BUT I EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FIBER AND NOT THAT HIGH IN FAT FOODS!. MY HEART HAS BEEN BEATING FAST EVEN THOUGH IM LAYING DOWN AND IT WAKES ME UP,I USE TO HAVE ANXIETY ATTACKS but its like a have a pain or pressure near my breast and armpit!. I took a heart x-ray and nothing came out!? and a chest x-ray 5 months ago!. Im a hypochondriac im asuming this could lead to a heart attacks beside im under twenty!.!.!.!.and my family doesnt worry about health they eat and perfectly healthy!.!.!.so what could be wrong dont say go to er i already did/!.!.!.!?i exercise too, jumping dancing swimming running etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?ive had MRI's EEG blood work allergy tests, heart and chest x-rays stomach x-ray etc and nothing came out !!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

IF you've had MRI, EEG, Heart and Chest x-rays, chances are you are fine!. You just have to relax!. How fast is your heart beating!? If you're having a panic attack it could be as fast as 120 bpm!. If you are normal and resting, it could be as high as 100 and this is still within the normal range!. Chest pain is one of the top symptoms of panic and anxiety sufferers!. The hospital SHOULD have referred you to a psychitrist if they can't find anything wrong with your heart physically!. Just take slow, deep breaths and relax!. Don't listen to that idiot above me who told you that you had the wrong tests!. EKGs and EEGs are almost the same thing!.

Just wondering how long you've had the irregular heartbeat/arrhythmia!? I've had it most of my life, it's been checked out and nothing seems to be fundamentally wrong!.!.!. it _does_, however, get worse when I am under a lot of stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If its your heart, then I guess you took all the wrong tests which can no way tell whats wrongt with the heart!. The most priliminary test you ought to have performed is the EKG!. Coz if its arrythmia(which I think it is), X rays cant show crap!Www@Answer-Health@Com
