Answers:
Going out in the cold doesn't cause colds!. Not even if you have wet hair!. I don't care what your mother told you!. The best way to keep from catching the yearly cold is to wash your hands often and keep your hands out of you eyes and nose!. That is how most bugs get into your system!. Also your immune system is compromised by your smoking!. Try to quit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Going outside will not give you a cold!. Colds are germs caused by contact with that germ!. If your resistance is down, like you are sick to begin with, your body can't fight off the cold or germ!. It is a myth when Mom's say "bundle up, or you will catch a cold when it is cold outside!." It isn't the cold outside that will you will catch the cold from, it is the germ!. It is your low resistance from being sick, or stressed or other things that leave your body more susceptible to the cold germ!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be wrong, but I don't think that going outside will make you ill/ make you any worse because it does just sound like a cold!. And I think a cold is a virus which you catch from other people, not from actually being outside in the cold!. It might make your nose a bit more drippy and your throat might hurt more from smoking (I smoke and I cant actually smoke very much when I have a sore throat, it hurts too much)Www@Answer-Health@Com
