I have a really bad sore and lumpy throat!. Does anyone know, or does anybody have any ideas of how to help a sore throat!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gargle with warm salt water!. That might help!. If you still have a problem you may need to see a doc, it could be strep throat!.

gargle with a very warm, almost hot heavy salted water!. This will not only relieve some of your pain, the salt actually helps clean out bacteria!. do this as often as you need up to every 2 hours but at least 2 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try to gergle with warm water and salt, eat lots of hot soup, rub your throat and chest down with alcohol, take throat medicine, and get lots of sleep, try not to talk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
