Answers:
You could be rubbing it raw from the kleenex!. Try getting some Puffs tissues with lotion, that'll help when wiping your nose!. Then put some cortizon/neosporin/a&d type ointment to help with the redness and burning!. Anything that would be used for a babys rash!. Take some benedryl or allergy medication (if it is allergies) or some sinus decongestant!. Get well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some allergy medication, even with a cold its the best choice of treatment!. Also look for tissues wilh aloe or cream!. Puff's work for me!. Finally, try putting vaseline on the affected part of your nose - and in it if necessary - the combination of all three should bring you considerable relief!. Good luck!. sniff sniff!. I hate it too, hon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The dry air is setting in which will make the nostrils swell, However if you breath vapor like when you boil water, this will reduce the swelling and take a over the counter prescription if you can medically speaking!. Take lots of Vitamin ( C ) 500 mg's everyday through the winter season!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

microwave a wet wash cloth for 5 seconds at a time until it's slight slightly warm and then drape it over your face!. be careful not to cook it too long so it doesn't start a fire so do 5 seconds at a timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

check too see if your refrigerator is also running!.!.!.!. put lotion to smooth the irritationWww@Answer-Health@Com
