Are these related. I had a boil, then in suspicion, took antibiotics. And after taking the entire dose of 32 tablets, a week later i have this feeling in my chest or heart.

You should never "self prescribe" yourself.
You NEED to visit a doctor and have them properly diagnose you and offer/provide treatment.
If you did visit your doctor and they prescribed you antibiotics you need to take them as they directed you to do so. If you experience heart/chest pain you need to contact your doctor immediately or go to a hospital ER.
Chest/heart pain is nothing to mess around with! Good luck!
