Why do ikeep getting these big, painful spots on my legs?
And yes, i am clean, shower every day, use un-perfumed, sensitive products. I exfoliate (but not too much) and i have tried cutting out moisturiser, thinking it may have been blocking pores or hair follicles on my legs. I haven't been bitten by anything. Every couple of weeks i get a huge, sore spot on one of my legs. There always large and angry looking red (like the kind teenagers get on the face, but 3 times bigger!) It's always really painfull, throbs and is sensitive to touch all around the area. Anyone have any idea what's causing these and how to prevent them. They allways appear on the lower half of my leg, front and sides. When they do eventually go, they leave me with ugly red scars, meaning my legs are starting to appear very unsightly. Thanks!!

sounds to me like en (eteherma nodosum)
very pain lumps on legs which can last weeks,and when they finaly do go they can leave behind bruises.does this sound like what you have.if so see a doctor it is a sign of other condititions like chrons disease
