Putting marks and cuts on yourself-with sharp objects?

I will be 25 in 3 months and I've been going through some stressful things lately. And for the past three weeks I've started writing words and making cuts on my arms and hands with sharp objects, not deep enough to leave scars, but deep enough to bleed. What do you guys think?
