Answers:
Are you having palpitations or are you back in atrial fibrillation!.!? This is tricky to do without experience!. You need to take your heart rate (I mean putting your hand over your heart and feeling for your heart rate, you'll have to feel around a little bit with the tips of your finger for the point of maximum impulse) and with your other hand take your pulse from your wrist or neck but it has to be done at the same time and for 1 full minute!. In your situation I recommend 2 people!. If your in atrial fibrillation the numbers will be different because of what your feeling when you put your hand over your heart is the atria beating rapidly!. You should keep a diary and your Dr!. should be ordering a holter monitor so they can keep track of what is happening with your heart's rhythm and decide whether you need to be put on anticoagulants or not!.Have you had any cardiac investigations done about this!? Theres not much answers can do for you other than provide you with information for you to make a choice about what to do!. You can email me if you ever need to, take care, DonnaWww@Answer-Health@Com

He didnt say much for a reason!. Palpitations are generally to be ignored!. They are very common symptoms which even non-heart patients get!. Just dont let this get to your head!. Sometimes nervousness and anxiety can cause palpitations!. If that is not causing the palpitations then this must be diagnosed by a true cardiologist!.

I would recommend a book by Dr Stephen Sinatra, The Sinatra Solution!. He is a board certified cardiologist who uses dietary supplements to help his patients with heart disease!. CoQ10, magnesium, D-ribose, and L-carnatine are 4 of the basic ones!.

You can order it online for as little as $8!.48 + shipping from Amazon!.com
