Arthritis Swelling Joints What Can I Do?!

Question: Arthritis Swelling Joints What Can I Do!?
I have Arthritis and Raynauds Syndrome!.All along my ankles have swollen here and there but,for the last month they have been swelling everyday no matter if I have been on them allot or not!.Most of the time you can't really see my bones, today though it looks like the actual joint is huge!.And yes it certainly can make my feet hurt!.Is there anyway to reduce this!? I work 2 jobs so I am on them allot, but with this economy I try not to miss allot of work,it doesn't always happen like that but I try!.It would not be a good thing to put anything cold on them because of my Raynauds Syndrome, it would make the circulation worse, and the pain!.Any suggestions would be so appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Has the swelling in your ankles been 100% linked to your arthritis!? I would like to know what medications you are taking because several antiinflammatory drugs can cause kidney and heart problems!. The only thing I can you might do would to be wearing support hose (not too tight) and tell your employer that you Dr says you must be allowed to wear your bunny slippers to workWww@Answer-Health@Com

2 Aleve or Advil every 4 hours!.!.!.reduces inflammation!.
Keep feet up above heart level!.
Try niacinamide (the nonflushing type of niacin)!.!.!.it helps circulation!.

I think you ought to check with your MD about meds you might use to deal with both these connected conditions!.

Google: mayo clinic>>diseases>>raynaud's syndrome
>>arthritis

Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
