As any1 else suffer with bad stuff coming off there chest or just me i stopped smokeing 1 yr ago?
but everymorning feels like i smoked 20 fags and i cant stop spitting is it just me by the way im 11 wks preg today xxxxx

I quit smoking 17 years ago. Congrats, smartest move you will ever make. But you will have bouts of coughing up sputum that is discolored. It took a long time to put the stuff in your lungs, it will take as long to get it out. I still have times that I cough up stuff but not as often and not as much. I feel better, can breath and food tastes better. You did your baby a favor by quitting when you did. Good luck and congrats again.
