Tips or home remedies for nasal allergies?!

Question:

Tips or home remedies for nasal allergies?

I have been dealing with nasal allergies for months now. I feel fine, just a constant stuffy nose. I have tried Claritin and Claritin D. The first only works so-so and the other makes me a zombie. I can't take Sudafed or Benadryl because they put be to sleep. I have been sure to change our furnace/air filter regularly. I am so tired being stuffed up, please help.

Okay, there is something called a neti pot, and it works like nothing else in existance. Basically, it cleans out your nasal passages, and will help your allergies without another prescription. Trust me- go to a local health foods store, and give it a shot. It's only about 15 bucks, and there is a ton of information out there on it. It's basically a little pot that looks like a lantern that you pour in one nostril and the warm water in the neti pot comes out the other side of your nose.
I Know, sounds gross, right? It totally works, and if you don't believe me, don't do it, but it's only 15 bucks. Far less expensive than another prescription. I'm going to give you the link to it on Amazon, and some other links to information for this as well. I wouldn't recommend it if it weren't the coolest thing in the world.
