Swollen under eye!?!

Swollen under eye!?
i cut my self on my cheek and now under my left eye is swollen and i have a date tonight. how do i get the swollen ness to go down???
ps. i dont have peroxyde
ive been using ice ( doesnt seem to be working) and i have been using polysporin:|
HELP please.
