i have skin disease of sirosis past seven years. I am now fed up. I take many medicine, but there is no result. Please help me.

It's psoriasis, not sirosis. Cirrhosis is liver disease.
Psoriasis is autoimmune disease, its cause is not known and treatment is not always successful. You have to keep trying till you get something which works. Good luck!
