Question: How do I know if it will become a scar!?
A shard of glass sliced my thumb, and it was bleeding for an hour!. I put a bandaid and when I woke this morning I noticed there was a huge bump around it and it's been throbbing!.
Since the cut was on the joint of my thumb and I bend my thumb it opens up the clot and blood starts seeping through again!. The bump isn't red nor does it hurt at all but the blood seeping through is darkish red!.

Is your cut on the inside of your hand!? Or outside!? Usually you cannot notice scars that are on the inside of your hand (palm area) since the skin is rough it will not tend to leave a scar!. It if was a deep cut, you may have a scar, but after a while it will go away!. For example, a month or 2 ago my parrot bit my pointing finger, he almost literally bit my finger off and it was a deep cut and skin came off as well, but now I cannot see it at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
usually depends how deep it is!. If it is an abrasion, no scar, if it's deeper there will usually be a scar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when it starts healing a bit, you will no if it will be a scar as it will turn a Purple colourWww@Answer-Health@Com
