Question: Did my uncle have a stroke!?
he passed out while seated at the table, and remained unresponsive for about 30 seconds!. He says he felt dizzy prior to fainting, and now has pain in his knee!. Was this a stroke or something similar, and should he urgently get checked out by a doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any time someone looses consciousness they should be checked by a Dr!. This is very scary!. I don't know what the knee pain is all about but if he was dizzy and passed out he is having trouble getting blood and oxygen to something or somewhere in his body and this is very serious!. The only way I can think of any leg pain being connected to this is if he may have had a blood clot in his leg and it broke free and is in his heart, lungs or brain!. This is fatal if not caught very soon!. Please urge him to get to the Dr or ER as soon as you can get him in there!. If this was my Uncle we would have been on the way before he even woke back up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
May have been a transient ischemic attack or "ministroke"!. Make sure nothing else has been affected!. And yes go see a doctor, no matter the age people are not supposed to pass out for no apparent reason, especially while seated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
