Any repetitive motion using the hands, wrists &/or arms can lead to arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome!. Especially if she's texting a lot - like most of the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can get carpel tunnel from doing just about anything repetitive with your hands!. When you over use that nerve it can be very painful try wearing wrist wraps at night when you sleep!.
